Allan C. Gillette

Allan was born May 30, 1935 in Chicago. Illinois, to Howard and Virginia (Lyon) Gillette. Allan had 5 siblings, Larry, Bruce, Phyllis, Douglas and Donald. He moved to California when he was 15 years old. He joined the USAF in 1952 during the Korean War. He served honorably from 1952 - 56 as an Aircraft Mechanic and 4 years inactive reserves. He was married to Carole J. Pantano from 1956 -1957.

Wayne Grant Newton, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at his residence in Fallon. Wayne was born Dec. 26, 1954 in Corpus Christie, Texas to Richard and Oleta Newton. Wayne with his wife and children had moved to Fallon in 1981

Scott Alan Dost passed away on September 22, 2015 in Fallon. He was born August 29, 1970 in Schurz, Nevada to Charlotte Dost and David Dost. He was a member of the Fallon Paiute Shoshone Tribe. He is survived by his mother Charlotte Dost, father David Dost, brother Andrew Dost maternal grandmother Flora Brown and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Robert Errett Crum, 95, passed away peacefully at home on August 10, 2015 in Carson City, Nevada. Robert was born to Errett Ross Crum and Grace Elizabeth Bailey Crum on December 5, 1919 in Berkeley, California. He was raised on an apricot and almond ranch along Putah Creek outside Winters, California.

On August 23, 2015, long-time Fallon resident Effie Joanette (94) passed away in Topeka, Kansas, with her family by her side. On July 13, 2015, she suffered a heart attack and went to spend her final days with loving care from her granddaughter Melani Creollo and family.
