Thomas (Tom) was born on September 5, 1948 in Chico, California. He passed away peacefully on May 16, 2023.
Tom is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Susan Vitt.
Tom was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. He graduated from Oregon State University and had an accomplished career - spending 37 years as a Board Certified Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager and District Manager of Pharmacy Operations. Tom held pharmacist licensure in three states: Oregon, California and Nevada.
His favorite hobbies included golf and bowling. And, he excelled at both. Tom landed a coveted "hole in one" at a prestigious golf course and scored a rare 300 during league play bowling. His wife, Susan, also shared Tom's love of sports as well as travel. Indeed, they were a gracious and engaging twosome for over a half a century!
Tom loved his family and was a dear friend to many - he will be truly missed.
