Gary Dale Albertson was born December 25, 1935, in Los Banos, CA and lived in Chowchilla, CA and the surrounding area until his wife Sandra’s passing in November 2017. After this he moved to Dayton, NV to be near his children.
In the early hours of January 24, 2024, Gary passed peacefully in his sleep from an underlying heart condition, just weeks after celebrating his 88th birthday with his family.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a man who had an amazing work ethic and made a killer macaroni salad. He is survived by his children, Gary Albertson, Terri Albertson and Bret Sheldon, Doug and Jan Albertson, David and Brenda Albertson, and Erick and Alicia Albertson, 12 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Gary had always said that he wanted to see his dear wife Sandy, his sister, and his mother again someday. His family sends love and blessings on those long-awaited reunions.
