Dolores (Lori) Buskee passed away unexpectedly on Thursday May 2, 2024, at the age of 77 at home in Ely, Nevada.
Lori was born on December 16,1946, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to George Pfeifer and Hilda (Grossheim) Pfeifer.
She is preceded in death by her parents George Pfeifer, Hilda (Grossheim) Pfeifer and her siblings; Herald Pfeifer, Mildred (Pfeifer) Buell, Ruth (Pfeifer) Bub, Loretta (Pfeifer) Witthuhn and her husband David Buskee.
She is survived by her sister Bernice (Pfeifer) Kohlman and her children; Scott Oakley, Wayne Oakley, Joe Buskee, John Buskee, Sandy (Buskee) Harris and her grandchildren; Daniel Oakley, Jake Oakley, Zackary Buskee, David Harris III, Justin Buskee, and Samantha Harris.
She was known as Grandma Bumbles by her grandchildren. She worked hard in different careers, while finishing as a CNA. Lori loved hunting, fishing, camping. She loved her cats and going horseback riding. She loved making all the holiday treats for everybody in her family. She was loved by her family and friends, and she will be forever missed.
