APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90549
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of April 2021 Kozo Sato, Trustee of the Kozo Sato Survivor’s Trust, U/T/D April 20, 1992 of San Rafael, California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.003 c.f.s., 1.0 a.f.a.. a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Certificate 350-2, Claim V02148. Water will be diverted from Lake Tahoe via Glenbrook Creek at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4, Section 10, T14N, R18E, MDB&M or at a point from which the meander corner of Section 3 and 10, T14N, R18E, MDB&M, bears N 10 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds E., a distance of 2,078.0 feet (approx. 0.5 miles West of Glenbrook, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 11, T14N, R18E, MDB&M. Water was used for irrigation, stock water and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 1st of each year.
