Douglas County Board
of Commissioners ADOPTED
the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE:
2021-1587
TITLE:
Ordinance 2021-
1587, an ordinance
amending Title 20,
Chapter 20.600 (Golf
Courses) and Chapter
20.691 (Penalties and
Enforcement Fees),
and add a new section
20.691.350 (Action by
District Attorney) to
require a maintenance
plan for closed golf
courses, an increase
of nuisance penalties
from $125 to $250
per day for residential
properties and from
$125 to $750 per day
for non-residential
properties, golf courses,
and open space
properties.
The ordinance shall
be in full force and
effect on October 22,
2021 and was adopted
by the following vote:
