NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MILTON E. JACKSON, II, has been appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court on April 29, 2024, as Personal Representative of the estate of KIM ZACHARY JACKSON, deceased. All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file their claims, with supporting documentation attached, with the Clerk of the Court, at the Ninth Judicial District Court, 1038 Buckeye Road, P.O. Box 218, Minden, NV 89423, within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication of this Notice.
