Public Hearing 

A meeting of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will be held on May 16, 2024, at 1:00 pm, in the Douglas County Commissioner Meeting Room at the Historic Courthouse, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden. The Planning Commission reserves the right to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion on Land Division Application DP24-0047, a request for a Tentative Subdivision Map to create 31 parcels, the smallest being .84 acres and the largest being 3.42 acres in size, in the SFR-1 (Single-Family Residential, one-acre minimum net parcel size) and SFR ½ (Single-Family Residential, one-half acre minimum net parcel size)/ PD (Planned Development) zoning districts in the Indian Hills/Jacks Valley Community Plan. The parcel is located at 3745 Golf Club Drive. The applicant’s representative is Chris Waechter, Kimley-Horn, and the owner is Clear Creek Residential, LLC. APN:1419- 04-002-096.
