A multiple vehicle accident on Highway 50 at Cave Rock closed Highway 50 at noon today.
The accident was initially reported as a rollover and then several other vehicles became involved.
A half-dozen cars were stuck in the tunnel as authorities tried to sort out what happened.
The Nevada Highway Patrol is en route to the accident.
According to broadcast reports there are 6-7 injured.
