TOPS is the popular name for TOPS Club Inc. a non-commercial, nonprofit weight-loss support group.
Everyone who comes to TOPS has different hopes and dreams, different health conditions and weight-loss goals. At TOPS they accept these differences. That's why each member is encouraged to see a physician for his or her individualized diet and exercise plan for losing weight. What's good for one is not necessarily good for all - whether success is measured by pounds lost, inches reduced, health improved or just found friends.
