Ducks for sale

The 14th annual Wacky Waddlers Wiver Wace is coming June 11 to Lampe Park. The ducks will race the river at 1 p.m.

The Wacky Waddlers - aka rubber ducks - can be purchased for $5 each at Candles 'n' Crafts, Scolari's, Stewart Title, Re/Max Realty Affiliates and the Carson Valley Community Food Closet. Each duck is numbered to identify the winners.

Prizes include a trip to Disneyland for two, golf at Carson Valley Golf Course, bowling at Silver Strike Lanes and cash. Buy a single duck or a whole family of ducks to race the river.
