Jean and Al Tovey of the Gardnerville Ranchos are happy to announce the occasion of their 59th wedding anniversary on June 28.
The couple was married in 1947 following Al's return from overseas service with the Canadian Air Force.
They have two daughters, Mrs. Phil Armstrong of Carson City and Mrs. Ginno Cervantes is with the American Embassy in Lima, Peru.
The Toveys have four grandsons and one great-grandson.
