County library sponsors hike on rim trail

The Douglas County Public Library is sponsoring a hike on the Tahoe Rim Trail Saturday, July 8 at 9:30 a.m. Children ages 8 and older will be guided by Alexis Ollar of the Tahoe Rim Trail Association along the Kingsbury Grade North Trail. Children must be accompanied by an adult: unaccompanied teens require a signed parental permission slip. Participants must register by July 5. Bring water and a snack.
