A vehicle left the road on lower Kingsbury Grade close to Foothill Road at approximately 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The car went over the edge 60 to 75 feet off the road and came to rest on its side on a property on Taylor Creek Road off of Foothill.
Initial scanner reports have paramedics finding one female inside the vehicle, who was initially unresponsive, but began to come around.
Care Flight was called to respond to the scene.
