The new Alpine County grand jury has been impaneled. Tom Sweeney is the foreman. Members are as follows: Ernestine Fogarty, Thomas Kelly, Jane Starratt, Gilbert Kingman, Madelina Henry, Richard Williams, Cheryl Stern, Kristopher Hartnett, John Super, David Pye and Kira Krayk.
Anyone with a question or complaint should send a letter to Alpine County Grand Jury, PO Box 102, Markleeville, CA 96120. The letter need not be signed but there will be no personal response to unsigned letters according to the foreman.
The next grand jury meeting will be Aug. 23.
