Allen Gus Lauer

1934-2007

A memorial service is 3 p.m. Sunday at Crosswinds Assembly of God Church, 2100 El Rancho Drive, Sparks, for Allen Gus Lauer, 73, who died Nov. 3, 2007, in Eureka, Calif.

Mr. Lauer, born Feb. 14, 1934, had been a resident of Carson Valley, Topaz Ranch Estates and Northern Nevada for 32 years.

He is survived by his wife, Arlene Lauer of Eureka, Calif.; son Craig and daughter-in-law Barbara Lauer of Grass Valley, Calif., son Phil and daughter-in-law Laura Stotts of Fernley, son Floyd Stotts of Chico, Calif., daughter Sally and son-in-law Mark Moore of Fernley; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
