Chaos in Reno

Rockstar Taste of Chaos tour rocked Reno Feb. 18 at the Lawlor Events Center. Six bands took the stage, while screaming fans crowded the building and shared the experience of a life time. Chiodos, Aiden, Saosin, Senses Fail, 30 Seconds to Mars, and The Used performed, and the fans went wild.

Chiodos played first and got the music started. Aiden followed with crowd participation being from circle pits and jumping to a crowd split and run together. Saosin played their set and Senses Fail followed.

30 Seconds to Mars entered from the back of the floor carrying red flags. The dramatic start to their set led to a dramatic finish where the band rushed outside followed by a large crowd. The band signed autographs and met the fans, while The Used set up for the final show of the night.

The Used opened with a larger than life set up, of lights, shadows, smoke, and sound. Playing crowd favorites like "I'm Not Ok", they showed their talent as crowd pleasers.

"So many great bands in one place," said Samantha Calvillo, Douglas High School senior. "I was amazed that I got to see them all in the same night."
