Publications in Spanish offered at cooperative extension

University of Nevada Cooperative Extension offers free online publications on their Web site on a variety of topics including horticulture and nutrition and has published more than 80 articles and fact sheets in Spanish.

Information on children and parenting, health and nutrition, and other topics are available in Spanish at www.unce.unr.edu. Click on the "Publications" tab, then go to the "Publicaciones Espanolas" link.

Publications concern important topics for parents, including what to expect in baby's first year. The "Boletin Informative Para Los Padres Viditas" series provides parents with a monthly guide of their baby's development.

The site provides information regarding health and nutrition. The "Comprar Productos Sin Lactosa" fact sheet gives information about lactose-free products.
