Tahoe Youth & Family Services awarded grant

Tahoe Youth & Family Services was awarded a $5,000 grant from the Community Foundation of Western Nevada's Community Partnership Grant Program. The grant will be used to help sustain operations.

The Community Foundation of Western Nevada awarded grants based on the ability of Tahoe Youth & Family Services to be "innovative and timely" in their economic response and service delivery. Successful grant proposals were awarded based on demonstration of the agency's "ability to make budget adjustments, assess stability of long-range support, and prove the impact of funding on ability to provide services."
