As quoted from the March 11 edition of The Record-Courier:

"A 47-year-old South Lake Tahoe man who sold nearly 80 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant in four transactions was sentenced Monday to nine years in Nevada State prison."

"An 18-year-old Sacramento woman, who said she needed the money from selling drugs to support her family, was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison for selling 100 Ecstasy tablets for $500 to a confidential informant."

"A Gardnerville woman who admitted causing the deaths of a California family of four in a head-on collision because she improperly medicated her diabetes was sentenced Monday to probation."

Am I missing something?
