Sierra Nevada Republican Women host a panel for county commissioner candidates Aug. 11 at the Republicans' regular monthly luncheon at Two Guys from Italy in Gardnerville. Social begins at 11:30 a.m., luncheon at noon.
Commissioners Dave Brady and Nancy McDermid, and challengers Lee Bonner, and Lawrence Howell will all be on a panel to answer questions. The cost of the luncheon is $13 and walk-ins $15.
