Gardnerville artist offers Tahoe workshop

Gardnerville resident Teri Sweeney exhibited her artwork in the 34th annual National Western Art Exhibition in San Dimas, Calif., on April 24-25.

Sweeney's art and design has been influenced by the Southwest for more than 40 years. She teaches weekly watercolor classes at her studio and workshops around the country.

Sweeney gives a four-day watercolor landscape workshop beginning July 22 at the Tahoe Art League Gallery on Ski Run Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe. Register at workshops@talart.org or with Teri Sweeney, 265-5392.
