Richard Ratliff was taken from us by suffering a heart attack.
He was a painter by trade but could do anything that needed to be fixed. He loved to fly fish at Pyramid Lake and enjoyed life. He was a happy and generous man. Long time resident of Fallon, NV. He will be missed by his wife, Leslie Jean Ratliff; children and many dear friends.
