Gardnerville girls install dog water fountain at Grant Avenue Park

Troop 287 Girl Scouts Natalie Mahler and Taylor Wagner completed a Silver award project to install a dog water fountain at the Grant Avenue dog park in Gardnerville. The scouts thanked donors from Western Nevada Supply, Animal Medical Services and The Robert E. Schilling Charitable Fund and Sagebrush Plumbing, Tractor Supply, the Wine Walk and Petco. Gardnerville Town Manager Erik Nilssen said the girls completed the project without any funding from the town.
