NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that on the
9th day of December
2020 Raquel Barth &
Barbara McKeown of
Minden, Nevada made
application to the State
Engineer of Nevada for
permission to change
the point of diversion,
place and manner of
use of 0.062 c.f.s.,
15.36 a.f.a., a portion
of water heretofore
appropriated under
Permit 58531. Water
will be diverted from an
underground source at
a point located within
the NE1/4 SW1/4,
Section 32, T14N,
R20E, MDB&M or at
a point from which
the SE corner of said
Section 32 bears S 50
degrees 16 minutes 02
seconds E., a distance
of 3,488 feet (approx.
6 miles North of Minden,
NV). Water will be
used for commercial
purposes from January
1st to December 31st
of each year. The existing
point of diversion
was located within
the NE1/4 SW1/4 of
Section 32, T14N,
R20E, MDB&M, or at
a point from which the
C1/4 corner of said
Section 32 bears N 61
degrees 22 minutes 33
seconds E, a distance
of 525 feet. Water
was used for irrigation
purposes from January
1st to December 31st
of each year.
