APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90690 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of May 2021 Walker Basin Conservancy of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 9.898 c.f.s. and 824 acres, of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 154 of the Walker River Decree. Water will be diverted from the Walker River and its Tributaries at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 2, T13N, R25E, MDB&M, or a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 2 bears S 83 degrees 43 minutes W, a distance of 1,708.6 feet (approx. 2.4 miles N-NE of Yerington, NV). Water will remain in the Walker River from the point of non-diversion at the Weir Diversion Structure to Walker Lake for wildlife purposes as decreed. Water was used as decreed.
