NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that NANCY O’HARA FICCO is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of
the Rosemarie Ficco Trust, dated December 1,
2000, and any amendments thereto. Settlor
ROSEMARIE FICCO died on March 31, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s)
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within ninety
(90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
