Administrator of the above referenced

estate, has filed in this Court a Petition for

Confirmation of Sale of Real Property for the

real property located at 990 Ridgeview Drive,

Carson City, Nevada, 89705, APN 1420-08-

210-031, in the estate of RONALD HATCH,

deceased, and a hearing has been set for the

6th day of December, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., at

the courthouse of the above-entitled court. All

persons interested in this estate are notified

to appear and show cause why the petition

should not be granted, or to bid on the subject

property pursuant to NRS 148.270.
