The Pine View Estates Homeowner’s Association has filed a loan/grant application with the USDA-Rural Development utilities programs, for the purpose of financing a Wastewater Treatment Line to meet the present and future needs of the waste Water demands of the Pine View Estates subdivision.
The total cost of the project is approximately $12,855,174. The HOA has already been approved for $5,281,000. This is a subsequent application for additional funds in the amount of $7,574,174, in loan and grant funds. This matter will be scheduled for public discussion and comments at the Pine View Estates Homeowners Association board meeting on April 25that 6:00 PM, at the Douglas County Community Center, North Room.
