2201 – SLURRY SEAL PROJECT

The Town of Gardnerville will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 25 2023 at the Town of Gardnerville Administrative offices at 1407 Highway 395, Gardnerville, Nevada 89410 for the following: 

Furnish all labor, materials, and supplies consisting of preparation and placement of street sealing material on asphaltic concrete in the Town of Gardnerville. Contractor to also install regulatory street paint markings including stop bars, crosswalks, and red curbing. Areas to include around Stodick Estates and Arbor Gardens. Estimated cost is $135,000 and may exceed the prevailing wage threshold. 

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town of Gardnerville Administrative offices at 1407 Highway 395 N, Gardnerville, Nevada 89410, at 10:00 a.m. on April 25, 2023 and will be considered for award by the Gardnerville Town Board on May 2, 2023.Work shall begin no later than June 15, 2023 and must be completed within 15 calendar days. 

Bid forms, plans, and specifications may be downloaded at: Questcdn.com with the project number #8455160 for a cost of $22.00. This will place the contractor on the plan holders list for reporting purposes. The prevailing wage as established by the State Labor Commission shall be paid on projects with a contract price of $100,000 or more. The State Labor Commission has assigned Public Work Projects Number DO-2023-315 to this project. 

The Town of Gardnerville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, received pursuant to this invitation.
