NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner

Michael Francis Flamm has filed in this court

a Verified Petition to Assign and Set Aside

Decedent’s Estate Without Administration

and has set the matter for a hearing on the

30th day of May, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. at the

courthouse of the above-entitled court. The

Petition requests the decedent’s estate be set

aside to Michael Francis Flamm, outright.

All persons interested in the estate are

notified to appear and show cause why the

petition should not be granted. The matter will

be approved without further hearing unless an

objection is filed. You do not need to appear

unless you wish to object.
