Notice is given that Dean Spellings is the

successor Trustee of the Dan Calvin Spellings

and Margaret Davida Spellings Living Trust,

dated August 26, 2017.

The Grantors of that Trust were Dan

Spellings and Margaret Davida Spellings.

Dan Calvin Spellings died on July 6, 2021,

and Margaret Davida Spellings died on

February 17, 2023. At the time of their

deaths, Dan Calvin Spellings and Margaret

Davida Spellings’ mailing address was 1189

89460. The last four (4) digits of Dan Calvin

Spellings’ Social Security Number are 9343.

The last four digits of Margaret Davida

Spellings’ Social Security Number are 3634.

A creditor having a claim against either

Decedent’s Estate must file a claim against

the Trust with the undersigned at the address

given below within 90 days after the first

publication of this notice.
