 FLOODWAY REVISION PUBLIC NOTICE 

The Douglas County Community Development Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the County’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Toler Avenue and Gilman Avenue. Specifically, the floodway shall be revised from 580 feet upstream from Gilman Avenue to a point immediately downstream of Toler Lane. As a result of the floodway revision, the floodway shall widen/ narrow, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase/decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen/narrow within the area of revision. 

In addition, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations and/or the 1% annual chance floodplain shall be revised from point 330 feet downstream from Gilman Avenue to point immediately downstream of Toler Lane. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water- surface elevations shall increase/decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen/narrow within the area of revision.
