APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93119
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 9th day of November 2023 Wade and Suzanne Sears of Minden, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.01 c.f.s. and 4.0 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 Section 30, T14N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 19, T14N, R20E, MDB&M bears N 17 degrees 28 minutes 48.0 seconds W, a distance of 6,415.2 feet (approx. 1 mile North of the intersection of Hwy 395 & Stephanie Way in Minden, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
