On 9/7/2023, the Douglas County Board of
Commissioners ADOPTED the following
ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1621
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1621, an ordinance
amending Chapter 2.06 of the Douglas
County Code (Planning Commission) to
allow members of the Douglas County
Planning Commission to serve on boards,
commissions, committees, and accept
other non-elected appointments.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on September 21, 2023 and was adopted by
the following vote: AYE: Mark Gardner, Wes
Rice, Sharla Hales, Danny Tarkanian. NAY:
Nowosad
