NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby
given that LYNNE NAKATA is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of
the Emiko Rose Kishimura 1996 Revocable
Trust, dated October 20, 1996, and any
amendments thereto. Settlor EMIKO ROSE
KISHIMURA died on April 30, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within
ninety (90) days of date of the first publication
of this Notice.
