On 12/21/2023, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners ADOPTED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2023-1627
TITLE: Ordinance 2023-1627, an ordinance amending Chapter 20.622 of the Douglas County Code, by prohibiting or limiting VHRs in residential communities north of Cave Rock State Park.
The ordinance shall be in full force and effect on January 07, 2024 and was adopted by the following vote: AYE: Danny Tarkanian, Walt Nowosad, Mark Gardner NAY: Wesley Rice, Sharla Hales
