Public Hearing Notice
A meeting of the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will be held
on Thursday, February 15, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Historic
Courthouse, located at 1616 Eighth Street, Minden, Nevada. The
application below will be considered under the Public Hearing portion
of the meeting. Please consult the County Manager’s Office for a final
agenda.
For possible action. DP 23-0233 Discussion to abandon a portion of
an existing public road right-of-way approximately 27,032 Square Feet in
size located on Topsy Lane granted under Serial Number N-78552 by the
United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management.
The applicant is JC Valley Knolls 2 LLC Assessor Parcel Number 1420-
05-210-001.
