NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 164.025, Notice is hereby given that Gregory Allen Cordes and Lisa Marie Filbin are the duly appointed and qualified Co-Trustees of The Cordes Family Trust. Elizabeth J. Cordes, the Surviving Grantor of the Trust died on February 13, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor and against the Trust Estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
