Jeannette M. Adams, 91, a Silver Springs resident for 11 years, died July 25 at St. Mary's Hospital.
Born July 4, 1910, in Waukesha, Wisc., to Henry and Estella Kunz, she was senior clerk typist for the state unemployment division until she retired in 1972.
She lived in the Carson City area since 1952.
She was a member of the Comstock Arabians, Appahan Victor McGlaughlin light horse, 4-H leader in Washoe Valley for horsemanship and a respected horsewoman in Northern Nevada.
She is survived by three daughters, Joyce E. Peterson of Carson City, Bobby Bishop of Hawaii and Patricia Davenport of Long Beach, Calif.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Cremation was at John Sparks Memorial.
