Big game seasons to close Dec. 31

Two Nevada big game hunting seasons (one for desert bighorn sheep and the other for buck mule deer) will close on Dec. 31.

They are:

- Desert bighorn sheep (any ram) for big game management area Nos. 281 and 282 in Southern Nevada.

- Archery buck mule deer for big game management area Nos. 201, 202, 204-206 in Western Nevada.

Note: Only those hunters who were successful in drawing tags through the Nevada computerized drawing system are eligible to hunt during those seasons.
