The following incidents were reported Monday to the Carson City Sheriff's Department:

- A 23-year-old man arrested for suspicion of failing to register as a felon at 1:06 a.m. at Seventh and Carson streets.

- A man threatened a patron with a pool cue at 3:07 a.m. at a bar in the 300 block of East Winnie Lane. Settled at the scene.

- A 19-year-old woman arrested on a warrant for suspicion of failing to complete community service at 6:32 a.m. at the Carson Jail.

- A juvenile arrested for suspicion of misdemeanor open and gross lewdness at 9:46 a.m. in the 1100 block of West King Street.

- Donald Fisher, 35, arrested for suspicion of forgery and possession of stolen property after he reportedly attempted to pass a bad check at 12:28 p.m. at Smith's grocery store on East William Street.

- A 33-year-old woman arrested to be a material witness in Washoe County at 1 p.m. at the Carson District Court Department I.

- A Saturn car, last seen Saturday night, reported stolen at 1:04 p.m. at a dealership in the 3300 block of East Highway 50 East.

- A car break-in at 1:13 p.m. in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane. Report taken.

- A 22-year-old man arrested for suspicion of embezzlement after he was reportedly caught stealing on video at 1:28 p.m. at a convenience store in the 3000 block of Highway 50 East.

- A man threatened with a knife at 3:58 p.m. in the 3500 block of North Carson Street. Report taken.

- A 45-year-old man arrested for suspicion of domestic battery at 8:12 p.m. in the 600 block of Hot Springs Road.

- An 18-year-old woman arrested for suspicion of drug paraphernalia possession at 8:26 p.m. in the 500 block of East Long Street. Deputies were responding to reports of four people using intravenous drugs. The fire department was called to help a 19-year-old man who reported chest and stomach pains at the location.
