RENO - The Carson High freshman football team beat McQueen 40-22 on Thursday.
The Senators were led by Jared Wulff, who rushed for 167 yards and four touch downs. Ryan Sarkissian added 174 yards and had one touch down.
Carson jumped out to an early 14-0 lead before the Lancers scored before half time to cut the Senator lead to 20-9.
Nick Shine led the Senators on defense with 13 tackles and one sack.
