Even though Matt Waterman only touched the ball six times, he rushed for 179 yards and scored four touchdowns for the Carson High J.V. football team in its 66-14 win against Fallon on Thursday.

Josh Ezekial also rushed for 139 yards and one touchdown on nine carries and Chris Kotter ran for another 96 yards and one touchdown on just five carries for Carson.

Quarterback Frank Bluess completed three of six passes for 65 yards, his biggest play coming on Carson's opening series when he completed a 30-yarder to Chris White out of punt formation. The fourth-down play led to a 20-yard touchdown run by Waterman that gave the Senators a lead they never relinquished.

Carson's final touchdown came in the fourth quarter when Nathan White, an offensive lineman who was shifted to the backfield, scored on a 1-yard run.

On the defensive side, linebackers Paul Carter and Jack Brooks were in on seven and six tackles respectively and both were credited with one sack.
