The Senators Junior Pee Wee team suffered another hard fought defeat against the Sparks Cowboys.
The majority of the first quarter was played on the Senator side of the field,
with the defenses on both teams holding strong. With just a few minutes left
in the quarter, the Cowboys were able to break through the defensive line and score its first touchdown.
Carson's only score of the game came in the third quarter when Robbie Bozin was able to break through the Cowboy defensive line.
Jayson Davis and Stefan Anderson had fumble recoveries to help keep the
Cowboys in check during the first and second quarters. Davis also broke up a pass in the fourth quarter, stopping a Cowboys threat.
Strong defensive play by Tucker Ford and Ryan Cunningham were also
significant in stopping Cowboy scoring chances.
