A free seminar for individuals considering their first home purchase will be presented by Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Northern Nevada today at their office in Carson City, 625 Fairview St., Suite 123.
The class will be from 6-9 p.m. Seating is limited, and those wishing to attend must call CCCS at 322-6557 to confirm attendance.
For some mortgage loan programs, attending a housing education program is a requirement for loan approval for first-time buyers. Some of the topics covered include the loan qualifying and approval process, importance of good credit, closing costs, loan programs available and more.
