Letter: Bush victory more important news

I was looking at the front page of the Nevada Appeal today, Nov. 27, and found the important things to be a little odd.

The most important event to happen to the Republic since its conception, "Bush's Florida Victory Signed" was relegated to about two-thirds of a single column above the fold. But it seems that the Appeal feels the most important news of the day is some guy who lives in his truck.

I may be out of line, but I feel the people of Nevada care more about who is going to be the President of the United States than somebody who can't make it in the world as the rest of us have managed to do.
