Letter: Don't settle for lesser of two evils

George W. Bush is a corporation running for president, disguised as a person.

Al Gore is the great pretender. He's going around the country, talking populist talk like he's going to fight for us, he's going to fight big oil and big drug companies and big HMOs. For eight years, he has surrendered to them. How can we believe him? If anybody believes Al Gore on standing up to big business, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell them.

I am (not wasting my vote) by voting for Ralph Nader to send the corrupt two party system a message. I do not want to vote for any lesser of two evils. I want there to be more options of candidates, not a choice between those who have money because they have sold me and the country out.

I do not support or agree with everything Nader says or stands for but our American democracy does not belong to the decayed Democratic and Republican parties. It belongs to Americans and we need to reclaim and rebuild our country for ourselves and future generations.
