Letter: Holocaust receives too much coverage

There is a small article in today's Nevada Appeal, "FBI learns from

Holocaust." I would have thought this would be unnecessary as the Holocaust is being sermonized almost daily in movies, television, stage plays, newspaper articles, history books and has been, to the point of saturation, for almost 50 years.

I wrote a letter to the editor about Project Meggido that described the training of the FBI and other police forces with material from the Anti-Defamation of B'nai B'rith and the Southern Poverty Law Center. This material describes the enemies of America with a broad brush that lumps the KKK, militias, anti-abortion activists, Christian zealots who believe in the Second Coming, right-wing anti-Communists, tax protestors, gun owners with strong beliefs in the Second Amendment and any of the various "patriot organizations" into one big "anti-government hate group" of dangerous undesirables.

The ADL has been in the business of hammering the hell out of anyone who is an active anti-communist. Their bully boys, Forrester and Epstein, have made a career out of smearing anyone or any organization that opposed communism. They wrote reams of anti-anti-Communist literature describing any opposed to communism as racist, fascist, Nazi, anti-Semitic, etc. It was through their incredibly nasty attacks on the John Birch Society that I was convinced to become a member.

The twentieth century has been one of the most bloody and brutal centuries in human history. The massacre of Armenians by the Turks could only be described as genocide. Lenin and Stalin murdered tens of millions of Russians. Mao Tse Tung murdered tens of millions of Chinese. Pol Pot produced a mountain of Cambodian skulls. The communist dictators that the U.S. and U.N. installed in Africa have conducted their own slaughters.

The staggering carnage of communism appears incidental and inconsequential to the treatment of Jews by Adolf Hitler by the opinion molders of mass media.

Why do they consider only Jewish lives of be of any consequence? Who controls the media? Why is there no holocaust memorials to the victims of communism?

Who invented communism? What were the ethnic origins of the original Bolsheviks who took over Russia?

If the FBI wants lessons in how brutal governments use police to abuse and destroy the rights of the citizens, they should study their own government and their own behavior at Ruby Ridge and Waco. Citizen abuse is happening all over the country, but unless you subscribe to "underground" newspapers and listen to shortwave radio you have no way of knowing how bad it has become.

Don't bother calling me an anti-Semite, I don't feel any hatred for Arabs.
