Obituary: Amelia Ann Russell

A graveside service for Amelia Ann Russell, 67, a Carson City resident for the past 13 years, will be at 3 p.m. today at Walton's Garden Cemetery.

Mrs. Russell died July 18, 2000, in Carson City. She was born May 8, 1933, in Monroe, La. to Harry and Mary Fontana Healy.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Redding, Calif.

Mrs. Russell was a homemaker. She was a member of the Capital Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Marguerite.

Among her survivors are her husband Bill; sons Alan of Vancouver, Wash., Gary of Chino Hills, Calif. and Steven of South Lake Tahoe and sister, Phylis Zell of Boulder Creek, Calif.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
